Bio: My lab develops genome-engineering tools in diverse microbes and apply these to the study of antimicrobial resistance and synthetic biology. Our methodologies allow massively scalable genetic engineering of microbes and the ability to link genotype to phenotype at scale in batch culture. We are very interested in working with others in the synthetic biology community and in training our gaze on the most exciting problems of the day!
